Senior People Relations Partner

The Senior People Relations Partner at Deel is responsible for providing compliant consultation to HR Business Partners and managers on team member conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations across various countries. This role involves conducting investigations, managing the offboarding process, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal laws as well as company policies. Additionally, the Senior People Relations Partner collaborates with legal and operations teams to create processes for conflict resolution and is tasked with monitoring team member relations trends to proactively address issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team member relations and employment law, particularly in contexts involving compliance and termination processes.
