A Senior People Systems Specialist joins the People Technology team to analyze, design, and maintain global Workday integrations for Brown-Forman. This internal consultant supports HR stakeholders by leading projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving process improvements across HR modules. The role requires deep expertise in Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting to ensure seamless alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect and build high-quality Workday integrations using EIB and Studio
Create and maintain advanced Workday reports and calculated fields
Write custom XSLT and XML transformations for data formatting
Monitor integration schedules and troubleshoot failures during critical cycles
Partner with business units and vendors to translate needs into technical solutions
