About this role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Testing Engineer with 8–10 years of strong, hands-on expertise in Micro Focus / OpenText LoadRunner. This role sits within the System Performance Testing function and requires a senior individual contributor who can independently lead end-to-end performance testing activities across complex, enterprise-scale applications, while collaborating closely with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure system scalability, stability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycle including workload modeling and execution
Perform in-depth performance analysis to identify bottlenecks across application layers
Mentor junior performance testers and review scripts, executions, and analysis
