Senior PHP Backend Engineer

This role involves owning and evolving the PHP backend for GPS, telematics, and video data ingestion while delivering critical migrations from Yii2 to Laravel and MariaDB to PostgreSQL. The engineer will decompose the existing monolith into microservices, support the AI product line, and take end-to-end ownership of production systems used by local authorities. The position requires expert-level commercial PHP development experience with a strong focus on complex, large-scale SaaS environments.
