You will drive physical design closure, develop automation scripts, and mentor junior engineers within a high-growth space communications environment.

Responsibilities

Lead physical design implementation from floorplanning through GDSII sign-off
Perform floorplanning, power planning, placement, CTS, and routing
Drive physical design closure meeting PPA targets across all corners
Resolve timing violations through ECO-driven optimization
Develop and maintain physical design scripts and automation flows

Skills

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in physical design of complex digital ASICs or SoCsDeep expertise in Cadence InnovusExperience with physical verification tools like Mentor Calibre or Synopsys ICV
