Senior Planning Analyst

The Senior Planning Analyst supports the Business Banking workstream within the Workforce Planning and Performance team, producing accurate demand and resource plans to inform strategic decisions and optimize customer service, colleague experience, and cost management. The role involves collaborating with business leaders to translate projected demand into resource requirements, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. This position requires advanced data analysis, capacity modelling, and scenario planning skills to drive performance and support commercial objectives.
