Senior Plant Controller

The Senior Plant Controller will oversee financial operations for the Little Rock, AR campus, reporting to both the Director of Manufacturing Controllership and the Plant Manager. This role focuses on proactive outreach to manufacturing teams to drive superior operating performance through spend analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, and KPI management. The position is responsible for setting the tone for controls, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
