Senior Platform Engineer

Turnkey is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join a small platform team and help the organization build faster, scale more confidently, and make better decisions through tooling, practices, and systemic problem-solving. The role involves working independently across product and infrastructure teams to address scaling and performance challenges, while also leveling up other teams through better tooling and data-driven decision-making. This position requires a data-driven approach to performance analysis, observability, and anticipating scaling bottlenecks before they become incidents.
