dbt Labs builds dbt, a data transformation and analytics engineering platform that helps teams transform, test, document, and deploy analytics code directly in the data warehouse. They maintain the open‑source dbt Core and offer dbt Cloud (and the new Fusion execution engine) to provide collaboration, CI/CD, lineage, testing, observability, and governance for production data pipelines. dbt enables modular, SQL‑based workflows and strong developer ergonomics to accelerate analytics and AI initiatives while improving cost efficiency and reliability. Organizations use dbt to deliver trusted, well‑documented data at scale and standardize analytics engineering across teams.
