The Senior Policy Analyst at CASL develops and advances equity-focused policies for Asian American and immigrant communities across local, state, and federal levels. The role converts community needs and data into policy agendas, legislative and budget priorities, and organizational advocacy positions. It also strengthens CASL’s presence in coalitions and stakeholder forums and supports strategic government engagement. The position is based in Chicago’s Chinatown and operates within a mission-driven, community-focused nonprofit environment.
