About this role
Radiant is an El Segundo startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors, beginning with a 1-MW transportable reactor called Kaleidos. The Senior Power Systems Engineer will lead design, modeling, and validation of electrical power systems for the microreactor platform, defining how power is generated, conditioned, controlled, and delivered across grid-connected, islanded, and rapidly deployable environments.
