Senior Practitioner

The Senior Practitioner role involves managing a reduced caseload and providing day-to-day consultation and support to a pod of social workers within a supportive team. This position focuses on relationship-based social work, overseeing Child in Need and Child Protection plans, and leading practice areas to promote sustainable change for families. The role also includes deputising for the Team Manager and mentoring less experienced staff.
