Senior Preconstruction Estimator

The Senior Preconstruction Estimator will lead all preconstruction estimating activities, develop new processes and policies for hard‑bid and negotiated work, and create bid packages and value analyses to secure project opportunities for a Nashville‑based general contractor. The role involves constructability analysis, subcontractor proposal evaluation, and continuous improvement of estimating practices.
