About this role

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Solution Train Engineer to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains for the Cooperative Engagement Capability program. This role involves driving synchronization across teams, managing Program Increment events, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives in a complex software and systems development environment. The position requires an active US Secret security clearance and is based onsite in St. Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate execution of multiple Agile Release Trains
Drive synchronization across ARTs and ensure program increments stay on track
Manage planning and execution of Program Increment events
Identify and resolve cross-team risks and dependencies
Mentor teams on Agile methodologies and foster Lean-Agile culture
