Quadrivia
As an Integration Lead, you will design, build, and operate the integration layer connecting Quadrivia's AI platform to the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including EHRs and national interoperability networks. You will coordinate multiple parallel integration teams, set technical standards, and ensure reliable, HIPAA-compliant data flows for clinical tasks. This role requires deep expertise in healthcare standards and the ability to act as the organization's technical authority on interoperability.
