Senior / Principal Layout Engineer – Module Architecture (Pathfinding)

This role focuses on driving pathfinding and architecture exploration for next-generation memory modules and form factors, including DDR6 and LPDDR6/LPDDR7. The position involves leading layout-driven design tradeoffs, collaborating with SI/PI teams to co-optimize channel topology and power integrity, and defining feasible design envelopes for future bandwidth targets. The engineer will also establish design rules bridging architecture to manufacturing and mentor junior team members.
