About this role

We are seeking a Senior Principal Power Electronics Engineer to serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert for the development of advanced, grid-connected power conversion systems. This hands-on individual-contributor role requires deep technical expertise and strong engineering judgment to provide technical leadership across system requirements, hardware architecture, validation, and certification. The successful candidate will work closely with global engineering teams to develop reliable, safe, and certifiable power conversion products.

Responsibilities

Lead design and optimization of coupled inductors and magnetic components
Provide technical leadership for power electronics architecture and hardware design
Develop validation plans and ensure compliance with UL and IEC certification standards
