About this role

The Senior Principal Systems Engineer Algorithms role drives the development, integration, and productionization of Joint Precision Approach & Landing System (JPALS) Airborne Algorithms within the Precision Landing Engineering organization. This position requires a subject-matter expert in Model Based Development with experience interfacing with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the complete systems engineering lifecycle and advanced toolsets to support high-assurance algorithm design.

Responsibilities

Define and decompose requirements for airborne algorithms
Test algorithms and develop rapid automation of testing
Provide architecture-level insight and conceptual designs for high assurance algorithms
