The Senior Process Engineer will join ASM’s Corporate Research & Development team in Leuven to develop innovative atomic layer deposition (ALD) thin film processes and applications for advanced semiconductor devices. The role supports end-to-end innovation from idea creation to integrated process flows, collaborating across internal and customer R&D teams and enabling successful product transfers. The position emphasizes technical excellence in device physics, materials science and process engineering while supporting professional growth and cross-site cooperation.

PhD in Device Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials ScienceMSc in Relevant Field (with several years of industrial experience)
