Senior Process Engineer, MS&T

Forge Biologics is hiring a Senior Process Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader within Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) at its cGMP gene therapy manufacturing facility (“The Hearth”) in Columbus, Ohio. The role focuses on enabling scalable, robust gene therapy manufacturing through the introduction and maturation of complex equipment and processes from commissioning through transition into operations. The position is highly collaborative, partnering closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure readiness and alignment with global regulatory expectations.
