About this role

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to collaborate with the Metals team in maintaining and developing critical process parameters for semiconductor manufacturing. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex problems, improving yield and defect reduction, and ensuring optimal equipment performance through statistical analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer will interface with cross-functional teams to drive fab-wide KPIs and implement corrective actions for critical events.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop critical process parameters for ALD platforms
