Senior Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer in sterile manufacturing ensures the compliant, efficient, and safe transfer of new products from concept to launch, including scaling up and aseptic process simulation. The role leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports process discrepancies, and serves as a Subject Matter Expert for sterile/aseptic, filling, packaging, formulation, and Lyophilization technologies. This position is responsible for developing and executing validation protocols, managing technical plans, and providing real-time troubleshooting for complex manufacturing equipment failures.
