Senior Process Improvement Professional

The Senior Process Improvement Professional analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes to develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements within the Humana Pharmacy Benefits Management Strategy Enablement team. This role partners with PBM leaders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance business processes that improve cost, quality, and member experience. The position involves leading process improvement projects using methodologies like DMAIC or PDCA to achieve annual cost savings targets and drive operational efficiency.
