NRMA
As a Senior Process Optimisation Manager, you will lead operational excellence strategies for the Roadside business to enhance member experiences and reduce costs. You will manage a team of specialists, partner with senior leaders to drive complex transformations, and utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to simplify processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
