Senior Procurement Officer

The Senior Procurement Officer assists the Procurement Manager in overseeing and managing all procurement activities related to campus development, major and minor works, asset enhancement, and facilities management. This role ensures that capital projects, maintenance contracts, and facilities-related sourcing are executed transparently, cost-effectively, and in strict compliance with local building ordinances and statutory requirements. The position requires a strong procurement or project management background to manage end-to-end procurement cycles and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.
