About this role

Senior Product Analyst to lead analytics for Grafana Labs’ documentation function, using Grafana and the company’s observability stack to produce insights about documentation artifacts, user behavior, and customer feedback. The role partners with technical writing, product, design, and engineering teams to align documentation strategy with business goals and measure documentation impact on user success. This position reports to the Manager, Documentation Platform and sits on an all-remote documentation platform team within R&D.
