Senior Product Designer — Growth

The Senior Product Designer — Growth at OpenArt is responsible for designing and optimizing key user surfaces that drive visitor-to-creator and creator-to-customer conversion, including onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and checkout. This role focuses on creating intuitive, high-impact experiences that activate users, improve retention, and clearly communicate product value through data-driven experimentation and rapid iteration. The designer will collaborate closely with growth product managers and data teams to turn business goals into tested design hypotheses and scalable product patterns.
