Senior Product Designer I

The Senior Product Designer will craft intuitive workflows and product experiences for field users such as network deployment managers and technicians, particularly in complex and low-connectivity environments. The role focuses on deeply understanding user problems and translating them into elegant, efficient designs that enhance usability and adoption. This position requires close collaboration with product, engineering, research, customer success, and domain experts to bring clarity to ambiguous problems. Over time, the designer will grow into owning end-to-end UX for specific product areas and influencing overall product direction.
