Senior Product Designer

Cinder is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for critical product surfaces, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to shape design direction and craft standards. The role involves running user discovery, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and contributing to the design system while also supporting broader brand and GTM initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to help define design practices at an early-stage company backed by Accel and Y Combinator.
