The Senior Product Developer will lead and mentor the product team within the Cotton On Kids Footwear & Accessories category, overseeing the development of ethical and sustainable lifestyle products. This role acts as the key liaison between buying and product teams, managing product schedules, supplier negotiations, and ensuring quality standards through fittings and sample reviews.
