The Product Engagement Specialist at Tekion will own strategy and execution of in-app engagement initiatives to drive user activation, product adoption, and long-term retention. The role partners closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Customer teams to shape a best-in-class user experience through analytics, segmentation, and targeted in-app messaging.
