About this role

The Senior Product Engineer provides advanced technical leadership and ownership of assigned products and customer accounts throughout the product lifecycle. The role drives engineering execution, supports product changes, leads NPI activities, resolves complex issues, and mentors junior engineering staff.

Responsibilities

Own technical performance and support strategy for assigned products
Lead implementation of engineering changes and cross‑functional execution plans
Drive NPI, product transfer, qualification and validation activities
Conduct customer reviews and serve as primary technical contact
Lead structured problem‑solving using 8D, DMAIC, and root cause analysis
