Senior Product Manager - Servicing

The Senior Product Manager, Servicing will lead the modernization and long-term evolution of Unlock’s servicing, post-closing, treasury, and capital markets technology, transforming a legacy proprietary system into a scalable cloud-based platform. The role partners across Servicing, Portfolio Management, Post-Closing, Engineering, Data, Compliance, Investor Operations and Treasury to map workflows, identify risk areas, and ensure regulatory and investor requirements are met. The position focuses on delivering integrated digital tools that increase accuracy, reduce operational friction, and support staged rollouts with strong change management.
