About this role

As a Senior Product Manager on the Analytics Platform team, you will define the vision and roadmap for Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Data Cloud, driving alignment with key stakeholders. You will partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver intuitive, no-code ETL experiences while acting as a Product Owner for scrum teams. This role requires translating complex customer use cases into priority features and collaborating externally to foster a strong customer community.

Responsibilities

Define vision and roadmap for data processing capabilities within Data Cloud and Prism
Partner with engineering and design teams to evolve the analytics platform and deliver no-code ETL experiences
Act as Product Owner for scrum teams by setting vision, writing user stories, and managing backlogs
Dive deep into customer use cases to identify and prioritize features that drive meaningful insights
Foster external customer community engagement and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing
