Senior Product Owner

The Senior Product Owner acts as the customer proxy for one to two Agile Scrum teams, owning and prioritizing the backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring delivery of business value. They collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, validate solutions, and incorporate AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate. The role requires deep knowledge of insurance policy administration, rating, and underwriting processes, particularly in large and middle‑market property lines.
