Phaidra is hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to embed security into its Agentic AI platform that controls industrial facilities. The role focuses on securing autonomous agents and RL pipelines so agents can safely interact with physical control systems. The engineer will partner closely with AI researchers and engineers to design deterministic safety guardrails and secure-by-default architectures for agent tools and memory.
