Senior Production Planner

The Senior Production Planner at Sonoco reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for scheduling manufacturing equipment and raw materials to efficiently meet customer demand while minimizing downtime and ensuring on-time delivery. The role involves overseeing plant production control, coordinating with procurement and supply chain functions, and maintaining inventory levels to support internal and external requirements. This position also engages in indirect customer contact to ensure excellent service and support.
