About this role

The Senior Program Assistant provides comprehensive program support for the Psychiatry MD Undergraduate Medical Education program for Year 3 and Year 4 students. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing student orientation, tracking attendance and assessments, and serving as the primary contact for student and faculty inquiries. The role works closely with the Senior Education Programs Manager and the UGE Program Director to ensure smooth operation of the education program.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain scheduling for Year 3 and 4 psychiatry rotations
Manage teaching session tracking and payment processing using TTPS and one45
Provide administrative support and act as primary contact for medical student inquiries
