Senior Program Associate – Knowledge Creation & Management (KCM)

The Senior Program Associate – KCM will support the design, execution, and strengthening of organisational knowledge frameworks and knowledge product workflows at CEGIS. The role involves capturing and organising implementation learnings, developing knowledge products, and leveraging AI tools for content synthesis while coordinating with state teams, solution teams, and other functions. It requires strong writing, synthesis, and coordination skills to ensure high‑quality knowledge outputs for internal and external audiences.
