Senior Program Associate (SPA)- Outcome Measurement

The Senior Program Associate (SPA) - Outcome Measurement supports the institutionalization of data-driven decision-making by setting up infrastructure and technical capacity with state government departments. The role involves contextualizing and executing CEGIS's vision through data collection, analysis, and research to identify system challenges and inform policy decisions. This position requires close collaboration with internal technical and delivery teams, as well as external stakeholders, to develop and implement governance solutions.
