The Senior Program C&Q Lead owns commissioning and qualification (C&Q) for an assigned capital program or site, setting the C&Q strategy and driving field execution to deliver validated, GMP-compliant systems. This senior individual contributor role serves as the technical owner and single point of accountability for C&Q activities, ensuring reliable startup and handover to Site Operations. The position requires extensive experience in GMP-regulated environments, leading C&Q execution, and coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Create and implement C&Q strategy, plans, and schedules for assigned capital programs
Direct day-to-day C&Q execution in the field and coordinate with contractors and construction teams
Plan and lead Factory Acceptance Testing and ensure audit-ready documentation turnover
