Senior Program Design Specialist - Education

The Senior Program Design Specialist for Education is a member of Compassion’s Program Design and Quality team supporting child and youth development across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role leads design and implementation of evidence-based education interventions aligned with the organization’s Theory of Change and Global Outcomes Framework. The specialist provides technical guidance to National Offices and builds capacity of staff and church partners to strengthen program quality and educational outcomes.
