The Senior Program Intelligence & Performance Management Consultant defines and owns the performance measurement framework for G.E.H.A's ancillary product portfolio, translating cross-functional data into decision-ready intelligence for executive leadership and federal regulators. This role serves as the subject matter authority for program performance, managing OPM reporting obligations, regulatory submissions, and strategic decision support. The position requires synthesizing complex data from multiple sources to drive program strategy, vendor performance management, and compliance.
