Senior Program Manager, Experiences Design & Delivery

A Senior Program Manager on Netflix’s Experiences team leads planning and delivery of permanent location-based entertainment projects, overseeing design delivery strategy, construction, and commissioning. The role builds and runs the Project Controls studio to manage schedule and budget across Netflix Houses and the broader attractions portfolio, and partners with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet creative intent and business objectives.
