Senior Program Manager, Labor Relations

The Senior Program Manager, Labor Relations supports the development and execution of labor relations strategies, negotiates collective bargaining agreements, and ensures their effective administration. This role partners with Legal, People, Culture & Justice, and business leaders to navigate labor-related risks and maintain productive working relationships with union representatives. The position serves as the primary labor relations subject matter expert, overseeing contract administration, grievance processes, and training initiatives to support Patagonia's people-first culture.
