About this role

Senior Program Manager on Asana’s Learning & Development team driving L&D strategy and program implementation across EMEA and APJ to ensure localized, relevant, and impactful employee programs. The role is based in Warsaw, reports to the Head of Learning and Development, and follows an office-centric hybrid schedule (in-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) with a Contract of Employment (UoP) in Poland. Total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs) and the role supports Asana’s People team mission to recruit, develop, and retain talent.
