The Senior Program Manager LMS Administrator leads strategy and operations for the Learning Management System at CUNY School of Professional Studies, ensuring scalable learning delivery and accurate reporting to support an exceptional learner experience. This role provides strategic leadership for a combined LMS Administration and LMS Data Analysis team and serves as a liaison among Learning Development, IT, and vendor partners. The position supports partnerships and workplace learning programs delivered by the Office of Innovative Learning Solutions.
