Senior Program Manager

This role leads field implementation and delivery management for humanitarian projects, overseeing Project Managers and coordinating multi-sector activities across WASH, Protection, and Health. The position requires extensive travel to project sites in fragile or emergency contexts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and adapt to operational challenges. Candidates will serve as a central coordination point between field teams, national offices, and consortium partners while mentoring staff and tracking performance against targets.
