Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager leads enterprise-level enablement efforts for Liberty Mutual’s employee engagement Torchbearers program, developing tools, resources, and reporting infrastructure to support consistent adoption and scale. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role partners across Communications, HR, Operations, Data, and Technology to translate enterprise priorities into practical, scalable support mechanisms. Success requires strong program management discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution across a matrixed environment.
