Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager owns the end-to-end execution of the Sovereign AI roadmap, acting as the connective bond between Research, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure complex initiatives ship on time and meet quality standards. This role involves managing multiple parallel workstreams, driving cross-functional alignment, and unblocking teams to deliver high-stakes AI products for governments and critical infrastructure operators. The position requires a high-agency leader who can build programs from 0 to 1, manage commercial launches, and continuously improve operational processes.
